Sustainability

Our Commitment to Sustainability

In our commitment to create as “green” a company as possible, we work with manufacturers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, customers, and consumers to incorporate sustainable methodologies and products into our workplace. Sustainability is a mindset that spans the entire project cycle – from selecting products to disposing of waste.  100% of surplus paint is recycled; products that are non-recyclable are disposed of using the most ecologically friendly methods available.

At M&L, we are dedicated to developing and implementing new products and techniques that will be safe for the environment and for the people who occupy the building we paint. We take “green” technologies seriously and work with our customers to help them select eco-friendly paints and stains.

We have been performing LEED® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) contracts for many years and work closely with the Master Painters’ Institute and specifying authorities to ensure that our processes and product selection meet or exceed the LEED® standard.
